I have taken the 40 Days to Enlightened Eating journey more times that I can count, and I still learn something about eating and about my relationship to food every time I walk the path! I do the 40 Days to Enlightened Eating along with my 40 Days classes, and on my own in between the classes! I do it each year for lent as well. Over and over, I've witnessed for myself that changing your eating alone, changes EVERYTHING: mood, energy, strength, water-retention, sleep, weight, body tone, mental clarity, muscle and joint aches, and much more!
